The Irish have a saying that there are no strangers, only friends you haven’t yet met. I think something similar applies to the flute. Everyone is a flute player but not everyone has yet found a flute to play.
There is another saying that inside every rock there sleeps a crystal. I like to think that inside every tree there sleeps a flute – or, rather, several flutes.
What follows are some ideas from my journey with the flute. You will find tips about finding, playing and caring for your flutes, as well as information about me, my flutes and what we can offer you. There are also links to further information about flutes and flute playing. Please also take a look at my news, events, CDs and other material.
Take from them what you will to help you on your journey. But, most of all, follow your heart and find your own path. And I hope it will be as fulfilling for you as it has been for me.
With love and light,
John
